Lyndsey Taylor-Cope
HR Generalist
Lyndsey Taylor-Cope has been with Phoenix Paper since December of 2021. She began her HR career after graduating from Murray State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business in 2017.
Lyndsey brings HR experience in the Automotive Manufacturing industry, Small engine Manufacturing, and now the Pulp & Paper industry. She has a passion for working within a team that drives the success for the organization.
Lyndsey grew up in Benton, KY and now resides in Paducah with her spouse. She enjoys being outdoors, a good fire, the occasional weekend getaway, but most of all being at home with her family.
Madeline Baize
HR Specialist
Maddie Baize started her career at Phoenix Paper in August 2021 after graduating from Murray State University where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Human Resource Management. Serving as an HR Specialist, Maddie supports the HR team by assisting in all areas of Human Resources, her main duties include hourly recruiting, employee on-boarding, and records management.
Maddie grew up in Eddyville, KY and currently resides in Murray, KY. In her spare time, she enjoys watching The Office and NBA basketball, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her cat Moo.
