Screen ran 20# Phoenix PremierTM rolls on the TruePress Jet520NX, producing a pharmaceutical application that demands precision, clarity, and flawless finishing.
Finishing partner EMT took those rolls and transformed them into finished product inserts, cutting, folding, and delivering a production-ready piece, while Videk provided 100% inspection and tracking. The combination of Screen’s roll-fed inkjet and EMT’s converting workflow demonstrated the stability, surface strength, and finishing reliability of Phoenix PremierTM in regulated, high-volume environments.
Canon Solutions America and Tecnau: Book Production on ColorStream
Canon USA showcased 28# Phoenix Premier BookTM on the ColorStream 8000 series, running two applications. The first, an international Science Journal, highlights the fine line details, crisp text reproduction, and consistent full color imagery, while the second, an On- Demand trade-book application printing 3-up book blocks, highlights the dimensional stability and smooth ink laydown across long runs.
Tecnau completed the workflow with the Revolution 50 AutoSetup line, creating the final finished books.
